2 Days of charm and magic Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu
This program allows you to visit the most memorable parts of Peru from Cusco: the famous Sacred Valley of the Incas, named after the river Willcamayu which translated means Sacred River.
It runs throughout the valley, including the town and archaeological complex of Pisac, located east of Cuzco and Ollantaytambo northwest, which you will visit as well.
Continuing down this same valley we reach the impressive Machu Picchu.
This 2-days-tour is essential and is consider as a timeless classic during your trip to Peru.
This day we visit the famous Sacred Valley starting in Chinchero, little village in which there is a colonial church built on an ancient Inca Temple.
After that, we will go in Moray, to admire the construction of circular terraces, considered as an agricole inca laboratory.
The third visit of our day will be the Maras salines, to discover these incredible salt pool at 3100 meteros height.
In the afternoon, we will go down Urubamba valley, and to the Ollantaytambo village, to visit its inca site, before taking the train to Aguas Calientes, the Machu Picchu village.

This day we take a shuttle early in the morning that will takes us up to Machupicchu. Later we will enjoy an extended guided visit in the great archaeological Peruvian paradigm for about 2 hours. Then you have free time to get on the Inti Punku (Sun gate) and wander around the citadel. The access to Huayna Picchu Mountain is limited to 400 tourists and as to be reserved with anticipation, with an additional cost. After that, get down to the town and return to Ollantaytambo by train and transfer by bus to Cusco.
